After years of living in a lavish mansion in Los Angeles—bought for around £2.1 million, and later sold for a whopping £6.5 million—Tom Jones has decided to move back to London in keeping with the final wishes of his beloved wife Linda, who died in 2016.
He now lives in a small flat in London, where he often shares simple moments like performing mini-performances at home for BBC Radio 2, or creating a makeshift performance space on his rooftop. This shows a clear shift from a lavish lifestyle to being closer to family and inner peace.
A touching interview also revealed that, at the time, Tom lived alone in a flat near the Houses of Parliament—with views of the London Eye. He even mentioned that he still kept Linda’s body in his bedroom: “She’s in my bedroom, in a modern box… I’m sure she would have liked that.”
